Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 5pm AEST and can take up to one business day to process before being shipped.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email from our SQA Team.

If the sizing or style is not quite right, SQA will happily provide an exchange or credit note providing all our conditions are met.
RETURNS VIA POST
For returns via post please ensure you include the completed EXCHANGES / CREDIT NOTE form that will be sent to you after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, with your unworn garment, original tags, original packaging and original receipts to:
Once we receive your parcel, it takes 1 business day for the team to process your return.
Customers will have to cover any shipping costs to post an item back to SQA.
SQA will send your first exchange to you free of charge, providing you live in Australia.
Any exchanges after your first will be charged at a $10 flat rate.
Credit notes will be emailed within 1 business day of receiving your return (please check your junkbox).
Credit notes are valid for 6 months after original purchase date and can be redeemed by entering the credit note number at checkout. Please contact our customer care team via email for any questions email@example.com
If our warehouse has your replacement item available, a new receipt will be generated and your replacement item will be sent out right away. You will receive updates via email.
Should your replacement item be out of stock, an SQA credit note will be generated and emailed to you.
Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the SQA team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, SQA will not provide a refund, exchange or credit note. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.
Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
When returning or exchanging an item it must be in the original unworn condition with all tags and packaging. It must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order.
We cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
All returns or exchanges must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.
As stated in the terms and conditions of your purchase, SQA does not process returns or credit notes for change of mind. In the unlikely event that the purchased product has been delivered damaged, SQA will assess and process as deemed necessary.
There are no returns on sale items. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
